Imagine letting go of someone you love without feeling sad, guilty, depressed, or bitter. Imagine learning from your experiences and mistakes, and feeling light, happy, and free!
My ebook on letting go of someone you love will help you find the strength, courage, and power you need to move on.
In 75 Ways to Let Go of Someone You Love, I share stories and strategies from life coaches, psychologists, and grief counsellors on healing after a devastating loss. I offer tips for moving on and being happy again, and I show you that you’re not alone and that you will survive.
My ebook will help you cope with:
- A relationship breakup
- Feelings of addictive or obsessive love
- Abusive, manipulative relationships
- Grief and loss due to death
- Family estrangements
I’m Laurie, and I’ve learned how to let go. I lived in several foster homes as a child and I know that one of the most difficult things in life is letting go of the past – and especially of someone you love. I’ve loved and lost so many people I care about, yet I’m happy, free, and peaceful.
I know how to cope with family estrangements (my sister cut me out of her life eight years ago), devastating losses (my husband and I can’t have children because of infertility), and disappointing breakups (I didn’t get married until I was 35, and had my heart broken over and over by men who weren’t good for me…but I couldn’t see it until I met the right man).
Letting go of the past is something I’m really good at. My university degrees are in Psychology and Education; I’m working towards my Master’s of Social Work (MSW) at the University of British Columbia.
